Juvederm®

Juvéderm® is an injectable gel, containing hyaluronic acid, that restores skin's volume and smoothes away facial wrinkles and folds, like “smile lines” or “parentheses” (nasolabial folds—the creases that run from the bottom of the nose to the corners of the mouth). It’s also used to rejuvenate and make the lips more youthful-looking. It takes care of the “smoker’s lines” around the lips where lipstick often bleeds away from the edge of the lips. Dr Leonard uses Juvéderm to restore a smoother, more youthful appearance to the face, and its smooth consistency creates a very natural look and feel.

This nonsurgical treatment is simply injected into the skin. The process takes only approximately 20 to 30 minutes and can be done during a normal lunch hour.

The results of Juvéderm are immediate. Many patients only need one treatment to achieve the results they desire, which can last up to a year.

Juvéderm XC is the newest addition to the Juvéderm family. Juvéderm XC contains an anesthetic which provides enhanced comfort for patients.
